The first Valuation & Risk Vendor Conference was held at The Brewery in the City of London on April 30th 2009. Around 150 senior valuations professionals participated in a day long conference and exhibit covering all that was new in the vendor industry. A variety of panel sessions looked at the latest developments in exchange and broker pricing, cash and derivative evaluations, valuations models and cashflow data. The keynote speech was given by Chris Thorne, Chairman of the International Valuations Standards Board.

Adjacent to the conference sessions was a vendor exhibit where many of the major players in the industry showcased their products and services to the user, regulator and adviser community.
